Reasonable use of stiffeners can increase product rigidity and reduce deformation. The thickness of the ribs must be ≤ (0.5~0.7) T product wall thickness, otherwise it will cause the appearance to shrink. The single-sided slope of the stiffener should be greater than 1.5° to prevent top damage.
